UNIT:187
   
Unit:187 are a heavy industrial metal hip hop band based in Vancouver, Canada, run by John Morgan and Tod Law. Their second album "Loaded" (1997) featured Jed Simon (FLA live guitar player, SYL guitarist) and Byron Stroud (SYL bassist and Hard Wired tour drum tech) in the Line-Up, the album was produced by Devin Townsend, and also features a Rhys Fulber Remix of "Stillborn". Their third album "Capital Punishment" came out in 2003 and waited up with some input from Chris Peterson. A Remix EP from CaPu with threatments from Chris Peterson and Michael Balch was planned but not released. The next album of the band also features Chris Peterson and is in the works at the moment.
Further John Morgan went on tour with Strapping Young Lad and Fear Factory in 1995-96 as live keyboarder, and he has an own record label called Rephlux Records.
Unit:187's new album, "Out for Blood" has been signed to Vendetta Music, and will be released in August 2010. More details and clips at the link below. Looks like Chris Peterson is now a full time member of the band.
