Review

The tracks Erased and Two Worlds are those as found on the SOL album version, so I wont review them again here.

Self Obsessed
in the Live Version works well. I found the studio version cool, but a little too static, and the live version adds a good pressuring dynamic, and the live element (guitars sound nice, drums are better than on the album). Nice One, and no one will ever say that PL are a bad live band, rocks.

I Can Hate You
is the first exclusive B-Side here, and like all songs on SOL its a grower that clearly got better thru time. First off, the drums on this one are good:) Its a rather slow song, plus female vocals as present as on Erased sometimes. The two reasons why this might have been left off the SOL album are the a bit repetive chorus, and the fact that I wouldnt know where to put this at on the SOL tracklist, its a good track.

Deus
is the second exclusive B-Side and a fast track. The whole song seems to be a bit unordered, though I like the different riffs, it seems that they dont fit together well enough. Songwise, this is pretty close to f.ex. Self-Obsessed, with the double snare. The drums, yes, theyre a bit washy. Meow.

With the nice Artwork on board, I'd recommend this single if you like the SOL album, but be sure you get hold of the 5-track Digipack version.
