Airmech 2 is finished and mastered – just waiting on a release date
Bill recently appeared on The Creators to talk with David Hawkes about his varied career and projects
Airmech 2 is pretty much finished with Greg Reely mixing the last track now. Some teasers may be online soon..
Work has begun on new tracks for an FLA album, with Rhys Fulber also apparently contributing.
The vinyl re-releases of Strategy of Violence and Decoder both have unreleased tracks, Here is a quick review by Martin Anderhalden:
Retract,an instrumental track with mid-up tempo, hard beats, quite noisy and nervous with tekkno-like synths. All Fallen (4.05) is quieter and darker, has a prominent bassline, nice sounds and is also instrumental. Decoder Bonus: Clipset (2.32) really is the second bonustrack here! Sounds like a mix of beats, soundeffects and dub vocals, nothing special imo. Falling (6.03) is the track we know from Decoder (only on Cleopatra issue, first time released 1992 on a Dossier comp.). Lifetime (4.03) is the best one. Very nice instrumental track, midtempo with repeated strings and some sequences like in a Delerium song. All in all at least something new – well i believe there must be many more in the vault of mister Leeb …
